Referral Tips
• Your referral should have a solid work history and skills or interests in Logic jobs.
• You are proud to be associated with this person and trust them to do any job well.
• Your referral is or will be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) and lives in or near the cities of Kent, Sumner, Tacoma, or DuPont, WA.
Eligibility
Referrals are only valid if submitted by a current or former Logic Staffing employee, or by an employee of a Logic Staffing customer.
Payment Terms
• Earn $100 for every qualified referral you make
• Referral Bonuses are paid out when your referral gets hired AND works at least 100 hours
Placement
If a referral is hired, they will be placed on a job assignment based on their location and availability and are not guaranteed to be placed on the same
assignment as the person who made the referral.
